Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned couture for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
